职位描述：
- manage projects of cosmetics package componentsaccording to definedproduct development process
-responsible for find supplier, negotiation , development, delivery schedule follow up.
-optimize sourcing cost by comparing different suppliers and by proposing alternative options for products, sources
- apply the defined rules for selection of new suppliers and inquiry management
- build and improve supplier base with supporting team , contribute to find innovative products and factories
-assist to deal with suppliers’ outstanding issues with quality and technical team to meet production and shipping requirement.
- manage validation stages in development and mass production, including project review and in-line “qc” at the factory
- fulfil l other job assignments given by the line manager per day to day business needs which might not be listed in this document
